Master Sushi Chef Tom Beaman Sr. opened our first sushi bar in Western New York in 1994.  We currently are the first place winner for best sushi in Western New York and have been for many consecutive years due to our tasteful and creative culinary creations such as, "The Bam Roll," "The Bubble Beach Roll," and "The Crunch Spicy Tuna Roll." 

California Rollin' is known as one of the first restaurants to ‘Americanize’ sushi to make it more tantalizing to the taste bud’s of Americans.
